Minimum requirements and competencies:
• Advanced university degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, International Relations, Social Sciences or equivalent professional work experience in Fundraising and/or building public-private partnerships, combined with a university degree in a related field. A first level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• Proven experience of developing a new business pipeline and implementing to successful completion.
• Five years of relevant work experience in either Corporate Fundraising, Marketing and/or in a corporate managerial role engaging with the non-for-profit sector.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and German.
• Ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Knowledge of the European business and CSR environment.
