You are is responsible for planning, conducting, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive training program for the sales staff as well as ensuring field staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competences required to provide quality sales to our customers and increase productivity in sales forces.
Key Responsibilities
• Together with TSS Manager Identify, recommend and update training material to meet the business strategy.
• Plan and facilitate training as per the TSS Curriculum and calendar.
• Identify developments needs and prepare development plan to close all gaps for the direct sales force.
• Build knowledge and winning culture within direct sales Force.
• Continuous Follow up on development of the trainees
• Provide weekly plan and reporting on the activities that will be taking place.

Position Requirements
• Degree in Sales/Marketing, Education or Human Resources.
• 2-3 Years’ experience as Trainer, Training officer in Business industry.
• Train of trainer certification will be added advantage.
• Experience as sales/Field trainer will be desirable.
• Knowledge in Power point presentation
