To manage Tigo motorized equipment according policy, and management of Tigo and outsourced drivers. To accomplish additional tasks as requested by the line manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that company vechiles are maintained in good condition, cleaned and ready to use
• Ensure adherence to company vechile usage policy
• Ensure maintenance of vehicle usage records and data entry on Vehicle Management System (VMS)
• Preparing the weekly vehicle tracking, monthly, quarterly and annual vehicle operation cost
• Filling of all documents related to vehicle data including vehicle requisition, insurance and driving licenses of staff, maintenance records, records of accidents, vehicle log sheets etc.
• Ensure vehicle accidents are reported to the police, insurance companies and to the Head of Security and administration in a timely manner
• Preparing a weekly vehicle movement plan and sharing it with HoDs, and dispatch the vehicles and drivers according to department requests
• Play key of rented cars acceptance according physical inspection of vehicles
• Supervise the company drivers, provide periodical coaching session, and managing their performance.

Position Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in business, logistics, management
• 2-5 years’ experience in a related field
• Experience in Logistics/fleet management would be an added advantage
• Capacity for strategic thinking
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking
• Skills in planning, organizing, decision making
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Influencing and relationship building skills
