5.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruiting staff;
• Staff remuneration and promotions;
• Collecting, tabulating and analyzing manpower statistics;
• Acting as joint contact between workers representatives and Management;
• Guiding and Counseling of staff;
• Attending to disciplinary matters;
• Preparing periodic reports;
• Manpower planning and development;
• Staff counseling;
• Ensuring implementation of various directives or decisions;
• Any other duty that may be assigned by relevant authority.

5.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Industrial Sociology, Business Administration or Labour Law with at least five (5) years relevant working experience in a similar field plus ICT Skills.

5.3 REMUNERATION
Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the University College’s salary scale PGSS 16 – 17
