Customer Service Executive
Job Summary
Attend to all customer inquiries that relate to the customers’ needs and service and work towards achieving a minimum or zero client churn rate and customer satisfaction.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adhering to schedule to ensure daily as well as weekly targets are met.
- Effectively directing calls in order to ease customer discomfort thus reassuring and offering professional assistance.
- Logging of all issues raised and following up on action plans using ticketing system
- Participate in a shift system Monday to Sunday.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability of service and support on the same.
- Obtain accurate information from other departments e.g. sales, billing, dispatch etc. and correspond the same to customers
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
- Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve customer education and satisfaction
- Contact customers through proactive follow-ups & notification to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the support team
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Ability to type
- Numeric, oral and written language applications
