Our Client a Bakery Company based in Dar Es Salaam is looking to recruit an Expatriate for the following position.

Ice-Cream Production Manager- DAR ES SALAAM

Job Descriptions:

• Able to come up with different ideas that will help the company grow
• Good Team player
• Overall look, feel, and quality of the customer experience in the shop.
• Overall sales results in the shop.
• Communicate effectively with all employees, including hiring, coaching and training
• Work collaboratively with the other managers
• Manage all operational processes including: ordering, inventory management, financial
• reporting, repairs and maintenance, scheduling and strategic planning
• Responsible for maintaining safe and accurate cash handling by all employees
• Excellent problem solving skills and good judgment
• Actively participate in business analysis and make course corrections as needed.
• Participate in monthly leadership and planning meetings as needed

Job Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 8 years experience in hospitality industry.
• Have great communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
• Have retail or client/customer service management experience
• Great customer service, inter personal skills and experience working in a hectic, fast paced environment.
