Act as a single point to contact for the supplier and Global/Regional MIC Procurement for any issue concerning commercial terms, tenders, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
• Receive, allocate and file purchase requests (PRF) (ad hoc)
• Collect procurement documents from procurement specialists, create purchase orders (PO) into the accounting system, circulate the procurement documents until they are signed and file them.
• Perform supplier performance evaluations (quarterly)
• SOX reporting for supply chain (weekly)
• Assist with SCM global reporting (monthly)
• Assist with SCM local reporting: PRF and Savings (weekly)
• Maintain the procurement drive and files organized
Trade relation & Non-strategic Alliances:
• Responsible for the management of the supplier base in his or her assigned category: selection, maintenance, development and deletion of his/her country.
• Coordinate and negotiate requirements with local internal customers, and support them with the commercial side of enforcing contracted terms and performance

• 1-2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance or a related field
