I. BACKGROUND

Rwanda  Civil Aviation Authority IRCAA is a 24 hour operational organisation with its headquarters in Kigali. Enjoying Financial and Administrative autonomy, it is charged with the responsibility of ensuring airspace safety and security, and promoting safe, consistent and efficient use of civil aviation both inside and outside Rwanda. In particular, RCAA is responsible for air transport regulation; management of the operations of all airports in the country and management and surveillance of the national airspace to ensure safety and security. This is done in line with standards and recommended practices set forth by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).

In a bid to meet the International Civil Aviation Standards and Recommended Practices (ICAO SARPs) and in line with its Strategic Plan, RCAA wishes to hire the following experts:

• Planning Expert;
• Airport Business Development Specialist
• Airport Electrical Engineering Expert,
• Architect
