Responsibilities:
Ensure at all times excellent client service
Proactively satisfy all client demands and inquires in a timely manner
Proactively approach and sell account products and delivery channels to clients inside the branches
Proactively cross-sell all AccessBank’s products and delivery channels to clients inside the branches
Proactively help and educate clients on how to use all AccessBank’s products and delivery channels
Qualifications and Experience.
Education: Graduate or diploma holder.
Experience: No prior work experience required.
