Job
Description
|
1.

The role will involve being
responsible for

managing a portfolio of
clients.
|
|
2.

Ensure that
customers receive the expected level

|
|
of service and that SLAs are
maintained.
|
|
3.
|
Provide advisory role to
customers by providing
|
|
|
consultation on digital
channels fundamentals;
|
|
4.

Be responsible for
understanding the

|
clientsorganization and
structure, their digital
|
|
|
strategy and related budget
& KPIs
|
|
5.
|
Identify client requirements
and develop digital
|
|
|
strategy road map that aligns
the clients and the
|
|
|
company's strategic vision.

6.

Provide insights to clients on
the direction of

|
commerce and the direction of
digital channels
|
|
|
to further influence the
clients digital strategy.

7.

Ensure rapid response to
customer

queries/complaints.
