Position Description:
To Drive Sales volumes by Personal Order Bookings from retail/wholesale pharmacies in assigned regions.
To achieve assigned monthly sales value targets through Personal Order Bookings
To maintain a high Call rate (Visit 14 Chemists daily) and call frequency that meets business demands in territory.
Undertake regular reviews of existing territory and also plan for territory expansion to develop new business.
Sells/books orders of assigned company products to the various retail and wholesale Chemists in assigned region.
Involved in order taking at hospitals, clinics, NGOs in region as may be assigned by Sales Supervisor.
Operates within assigned selling budgets to ensure overall profitability.
Manages the assigned territory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Prospects for new business through geographic expansion.
Provide timely information regarding adverse events (AE) to regulatory department.
Provide Weekly Customer Reports on own activities and competition in territory.
· High responsibility both to the teams and company assets.
Have to portray the GSK image in the market
· Relevant training, preferably a degree or diploma in Biological Sciences.
Experience in a sales job is an advantage, though this is not mandatory.
