The Tanzania Electric Supply Company (TANESCO) is focusing on increasing the outreach and service quality of its Energy products for Tanzanian people. Next to its current passion as a leading provider of electricity is to be more efficient customer focused utility for Tanzania and beyond. The Company has the largest electricity generation, transmission and distribution network in Tanzania. In order to reach its goals, the Company will, in the coming years invest heavily in its generation, transmission and distribution network, its business systems and human capital. 1. PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER – EVENTS MANAGEMENT– 1POST

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare annual Corporate events plan, budget and its schedule of activities
• Organise and Coordinate all Corporate Events
• Be MC in all Corporate events and make sure proper protocol is observed
• Be Champion of Corporate Social Responsibility; coordinate with publics which need CSR for the betterment of both parties.

            MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor/Advanced Diploma in Journalism and /Public Relations

Experience: At least three years in Print or electronic media or worked as Public relations personnel, events management will be an added advantage.
