Mogas Tanzania Terminal Supervisor

Its speciality line of business also includes technology led and premium quality Mogasoils and lubricants, bituminous products, LPG and furnace oil. Mogas offers extensive automotive lubricants and industrial fluids.

The position of Terminal Supervisor will be focusing on supervising all terminal operations effectively and efficiently in compliance with the terminal operating Manual (TOM), and other relevant regulations.

Reports:Terminal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

To receive, store and handle bulk petroleum products.

To manage the products loss/gain during receipt and storage of the product.

To ensure proper dispatch of products to respective customers as per company procedures and regulations.

To supervise adherence of Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) as perlegislations and company policy/standard.

To ensure consistence maintenance of mechanical and electrical standards for the terminal.

To supervise performance of subordinates and contractors.

To train subordinates when necessary.

To carry out any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications And Experience:

University degree or equivalent in the field of engineering, Logistics, Transport Economics, or a related technical/business field or equivalent from the recognized University/Institution.

2 years working experience in handling terminal operations with oil marketing companies Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Must be computer literacy
