If you are seeking a company that is professional, fun, fast paced and provides a chance to learn skills beyond your role then you've found your match. We are seeking young, talented and energetic individuals to promote our services and solicit customers. Aside from sales you would also be expected to manage the client relationship and ensure that the necessary work across the various marketing channels gets completed. Candidates must be technology and mobile savvy, understand the local Tanzanian/Dar es Salaam market very well, and be able to grasp new concepts in a relatively short time.  Candidates must be extremely good communicators and be able to clearly explain abstract concepts persuasively.

1. You need to check in on 3 customers today: A car dealer who is friendly but doesn't make a lot of money, a restaurant that is brand new and a wedding planner who has a terrible attitude but who gets a lot of work. Who do you visit first, second and third, and why?

A) Tafadhali andika utaanza kuonana na nani wa kwanza,wapili  na watatu
B) Andika sababu ambayo uchukua uamuzi huo.

2. You are told by your manager that he has a friend who has a fashion boutique and is willing to better understand how digital marketing can help him. He is a potential customer. What are the next 3 things you will do? 

Unaagizwa na Meneja wako wa masoko ana rafiki , mmiliki wa fashion boutique na angependa kujua zaidi kuhusu digital marketing na itakavyo saidia Kukuza biashara yake. Yeye ni Mteja mtarajiwa na anapenda kutumia Digital Marketing. Andika hatua tatu ambazo utachukua, andika kwa fasaha, na kuleweka?

3. In the middle of a presentation you are making on the benefits of SMS marketing, a potential customer stops you and says "All my clients use smartphones and the Internet. We don't need SMS". How will you respond?
