Job Purpose:
Implementation of the Airtel Brand Portfolio marketing strategy. To drive achievement of corporate objectives and oversee/execute all brand activity to ensure that it is in line with brand strategy and corporate guidelines.
Reporting to the head of brand and marketing communications - the successful candidate will:
Ensure effective execution of all campaigns development and roll out;
Support relevant marketing activities to support the development of the brand across the country;
Ensure Brand compliance under guidance of the Head of Brand and Marketing communications and Head of Department;
Provide Marketing intelligence and customer insights;
Provide Agency briefing with clear action standards for any brand related communication and promotion;
Ensure that overall advertising agency contracts and relationships are effectively managed;
Manage production and branding budget;
Support all other functions driving brand values and ensuring custodianship of brand standard conformance;
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or any commercial discipline
• Post graduate diploma in CIM
• Telecommunications experience is an added advantage
• Microsoft Excel and Power point competency
• 2-3 years working experience of brand management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advertising Agency Industry knowledge
