Position Description:
Reports to : Chief Operational Officer
Work Place: Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania
Broad Function:
To promote and maximize sales and distribution of company products within designated region, identification of new areas of growth and new markets for company house appliances.
Key Responsibility:
· To promote LEADDER brand and its products through finding agents/distributors
· To promote TOAFRICA platform to be leading platform in the area
· To formulate the sales and marketing strategies to win the market
· To conduct marketing research for various house appliances
· Dealing with the feedback and complaint of customers timely, in order to improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term and good customer relationship
· Responsible for the planning and management of the sales channel in the area, coordinate with the dealers, provide them satisfying service and develop new dealers
· Visit the important customer regularly, and ensure fair competition in the market
Qualifications and Experience:
· Degree or Diploma in business related field
· 2~4 years experience in Sales and Distribution Management in Building Materials industries
· Being familiar with Building Materials, like Tile, Ceiling Panel, Cable, etc.
· Ability to conduct Marketing Research
· Excellent report writing skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
· Age limit 20 to 35 years
