Human Resources Officer: 04/TKP/2012

Reporting to the Kenya Country Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR management support to both the Kenya and Somalia Country Programmes. This will include; HR planning, Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management and Staff Learning & Development. The Job description for this position is attached for more detail.
