Diamond Trust Bank (DTB); Established over 67 yaers ago as a finance house in Dar es Salaam, Diamond Trust Bank has today growing into a leading commercial bank offering a wide spectum of banking services . Through its affiliation in Kenya, Uganda and Burundi, DTB has a regional presence which none of the peer banks can boast of. DTC is now looking for able and qualified individuals to fill the following roles in the Corporate Banking and Trasury Department in Dar es Salaam.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate qualification in banking or any related discipline
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED.
• At least 2 years practical experience in a Banking environment with hands –on-training in a Corporate division.
• General understanding of accounting concepts and functions.
• Good word processing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Relationship Manager
Working under the Head of Corporate Banking , the successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the development and management of coportate relationships and supporting a portifolio of customers in credit processes and product/service sales including the daily management and monitoring of accounts
The Relationships Manager will specifically be responsible for the following:
• Identifying and developing Corporate business with emphasis on fee income generation , lending and trade finance.
• Managing , monitoring, controlling and being responsible for the assigned/developed corporate lending portfolio.
• Preparing Crediy Applications and recommending credit facilities to the appropriate final approval authority
• Undertake analysis and Interpretation of financial statements submitted by customers.
• Monitoring of existing facilities to ensure any security documentation e.g Insurances, land rent and rates, audited accounts revaluations that needs to be renewed is done on time
