Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in social sciences, development, or related field and training in Monitoring and Evaluation
Masters degree in international or community development or related field an asset.

• At least 3-5 years practical experience developing and implementing planning, monitoring and evaluation frameworks (developing logic frameworks, outcomes, indicators, targets, and data collection plans).
• A minimum of 3 years experience in developing and leading participatory planning processes , baseline and end line surveys and final evaluations.
• Experience managing data
Eg coordinating data entry, ensuring data quality and managing data confidential storage.
• Computer literate, especially Word, Excel and SPSS.
• Experience in rural development, Nutrition, WASH and Livelihoods programmes
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
• Additional Attributes: Willingness to learn and work with a team
