TANZANIA YOUNG HEALTH RESEARCH SCIENTISTS (TAYOHERES) is a nongovernmental non political organization established in Tanzania to serve for the interests of young medical researchers of Tanzania. The main goal of TAYOHERES is to improve the research skills for the most young people in the country. These young people include any young student/graduate from Health/Medical institution who is interested in research activities related with Health/Medical field.
The organization is looking for the interested candidates for the following positions:

1. 1.Head of department of Information Communication and Technology

2. 2.Head of department of gender and development

3. 3.Head of department of Human resource

4.Head of department of Research coordination.
Specifications for the applicants: 

· He or She must have a passion of volunteerism
· Be at least 20years old and not more than 35years old.

· Fluent in English and Swahili
· Be creative and at least one year of experience in leadership area.
· For the position of research coordination an applicant must have at least one year of experience in research matters
· Each applicants must have at least Diploma or bachelor degree for the respective position
