1. You have just walked into the office and the manager tells you to complete two very urgent tasks  before lunch. One is to meet with a prospective client and another to complete a monthly progress report . After 30mins a major client calls you requesting a proposal within 2 hours. need to check in on 3 customers today. Within these three tasks what will you do first, second and third, and why?

2. You are told by your manager that he has a friend who has a factory that manufacturers cosmetics and is willing to better understand how digital marketing can help him. He is a potential customer. What potential digital campaign or promotion might you envision for this client?

3. In the middle of a presentation you are making on the benefits of SMS marketing, a potential customer stops you and says "All my clients use smartphones and the Internet. We don't need SMS". How will you respond?
