Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of a Procurement Specialist, to be based in Dar esSalaam. The incumbent will directly report to the Country Planning & Procurement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Study production plan in SAP, discuss requirement with Planning section and purchase history to propose a purchasing plan Search, evaluate and negotiate with good suppliers in term of quality, price, delivery, payment. Analyze price proposals, cost breakdown, and other information to determine reasonable prices. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and goods meet specifications. Confer with user/QC and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action. Visit supplier's plants and interview vendors to examine and learn about products, services and prices. Make supplier assessment report and supplier approved list, Work with project team for new projects

Procurement Specialist
Job Requirements
BBA(PLM)/Material Management, procurement and supply Management, BCOM or equivalent, supported by Proficiency in MS office,
Proven track records with regards to achieving result, Inter-personal, communication, negotiation, Analytical skill, Integrity, collaborative, precise, Open- minded and adapt to change,
At Least two years Experience in similar role, SAP experience or relevant qualification as Certified Supplies Professional will be advantageous.

Quality Assurance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Quality Systems. Monitor Product Quality. Initiate verification of IS022000implementation and raise non conformances. Consult with experts for support with system implementation and delegate to relevant role players. Investigate deviations and  be proactive to implement corrective action. Monitor SHE Implementation. Solve Consumer Complaints. Compile trend analysis and quality Reports. Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Supported Quality staff capability, TCCMS systems, and processes. Manage Performance of staff and Budget.
Job Requirements
University graduate preferably BSc. in food, chemical processing, environment, or any other related field. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Problem solving/ Trouble shooting skills. Computer literate. Good communication skills. leadership skills, Influencer and change activist, Team player, Self motivated, Positive attitude, Systems oriented. Credibility, reliability, responsibility, trustworthy.

Reliability Engineer
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be required to investigate the performance of existing lines and make recommendations with respect to corrective actions. Research new opportunities for improvements and align with the business requirements. Submit business proposals to improve/correct equipment and designs, with supporting information pertaining to proposed design, benefits, cost to implement and expected payback period. Support the implementation of the approved solution within the plants and assisting the current engineering staff to take ownership of the change. Provide training to support asset care and TPM. Arrange and control the execution of the audit program requirements (OEM audits, PM system & TPM audit), Monitor performance KPI's and drive improvement initiatives to successfully impact improvement there-of. Ensure that the necessary resources (spares, manpower, time) are prepared in advance to when required. Plan, monitor and control shutdown activities. Arrange the necessary maintenance windows to execute maintenance activities. Develop activity based budgets to support asset care activities. Schedule resources across the range of short term and long term windows.
Job Requirements
University graduate preferably Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or any other related field. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Problem solving skills. Computer literate. Good communication skills. Leadership skills, Influencer and change activist, Team player,
Self-motivated, Positive attitude, SAP skill will be added advantage.

Manufacturing Unit Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage people 10 operate production line; On-going, informal performance monitoring, feedback and coaching provided daily or as required. Optimized line efficiency; Detected problems with equipment. Understand structure and function of machinery in order to detect abnormalities. Coordinate and follow up with Asset care team, line technicians and Operators for line maintenance Detected problems with equipment. Maximized yields and with high quality product. Understand the relationship between machinery and quality characteristics. Understand the range within which the static and dynamic precision of machinery must be maintained, and check these. Understand the root causes of quality defects, Reduce lost time below, Change over time' Set up and adjustment, Minor Stops, Line speed' Start up time, Predictable break down and Perform Technical training to Operators and Line technicians.
Job Requirements
University graduate preferably BSc (Food Science & Technology), Engineering or any other related field. At least 3years of relevant working experience. Problem solving skills. Computer Literate.
