Description
PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking experienced HR consulting professionals for its People & Change (i.e. HR Consulting) Advisory practice. The People & Change team provides strategic advice to organizations looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their people and their HR function. We work with many of the key organizations in Qatar across a range of HR services including organisation design and restructure, reviewing internal policies and procedures, reward design and talent management.
Responsibilities
- Depending upon areas of expertise and experience in a specific area you could be working as a module lead on a transformation project or deployed as a part of a larger team on specific HR solution area
- Typical consulting engagements are spread across HR strategy, Organization Structure, Job Evaluation, HR BPR, Compensation & Benefits structuring, Performance Management including Balanced Scorecard, Competency Development and Assessment Centers, Career & Succession Management, Change Management etc.
Qualifications / Skills
- MBA preferably with HR specialization from any of the premier B-schools
- Around 2-5 years of HR consulting experience preferably with the HR consulting practices
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferably)
