Reservations & Ticketing Agent About Your Job: Assist making and confirming reservations for passengers, selling tickets for the airlines. Sell & Serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue. Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart conveyance.

Requirement: The must have at least a Diploma certificate from a recognized institution. Candidates with three years experience in customer service in an Airline / Travel Industry/ Hospitality will be preferred. IATA and Amadeus Ticketing experience will be an advantage.
