GRM is looking for an Office Manager for a large, anticipated DFID-funded Programme on Education Quality Improvement in Tanzania. The goal of this programme is to support the Government of Tanzania to improve the quality of education in primary schools. The programmes objective will also be to increase the number of children, particularly girls to develop the skills to transfer into secondary education across 20 local councils.
This position is contingent upon GRM International being awarded a contract.
Selection Criteria
- Relevant bachelor’s degree required;
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role preferably for a development project;
- Minimum three years clerical or administrative experience;
- Knowledgeable in office administration and basic financial systems;
- Proficient in Microsoft office software;
- Proficient in the use of general office equipment;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Can work cooperatively and effectively with others and has the ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary.
