The Post: School Operations Manager

To be considered for this post you must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an Operations Manager within the service oriented industry. Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

Experience in developing & implementing strategy for exceeding budgets on student numbers by sourcing, attracting, and winning new parents & students, fostering and retaining those we already have, and re-introducing former parents back into the group. Minimizing out-standing revenue by maximizing pre-payment& debt collection.

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Developing & implementing the strategy for managing and nurturing the interactions with existing and potential parents & students via customer service, technology, and engagement which exceeds the parental / student expectations & satisfaction. Change Management: Developing and implementing strategy to drive incremental or radical change by revolutionizing business processes, product offerings or services.

People Development: Implementing and aligning policies to the functional School Business

Desired Skills & Experience

To be considered for this post you must be a degree holder based in Nairobi – Kenya with a minimum of 5 years experience in a management position in either the hospitality or service industries.
