3 MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICERS -(Gokwe North, Gokwe South & Nyanga)
M&E officers will manage the results from Concern’s Food, Income and Markets programme. They will produce clear district level reports based on sound analysis. They will also oversee design of monitoring and evaluation tools and manage data collection. Profile Specific to This Post: • Minimum first degree in Agriculture; Social Sciences; Development Studies; Statistics or related discipline. • Proven track record in demonstrating results • Excellent report writing skills • Sound background in quantitative and qualitative techniques • Strong computer skills including data analysis (Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Access SPSS; CSPro; EPi Info) • Experience in participatory assessment, monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation, data processing or analysis and computers • Ability to organise and train staff • Good contextual knowledge of local issues, community priorities, organisational relationships, social and cultural constraints and realities, and environmental conditions
