The post entails developing and implementing Concern’s communication strategy and ensuring roll out of the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP) work plan across all programmes.
Profile specific to this post:
• A degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences or Community Development • Extensive knowledge of protection issues and community complaints mechanisms. • Experience in developing communication strategies for NGOs to share information on their work with Government, donors, local stakeholders and programme participants. • Knowledge of participatory approaches and facilitating participation by programme participants • Ability to train staff and programme participants • Flexibility, creativity and effectiveness in working collaboratively in a team.
