DAI seeks technical experts for the anticipated USAID Focus on Results: Enhancing Capacity Across Sectors in Transition II Human Institutional Capacity Development (HICD PRO) IQCs. The HICD PRO IQCs will be used globally to build the capacity of host country organizations and institutions through: structured and integrated processes designed to identify root causes of performance gaps, a wide variety of targeted and systematic performance solutions tailored to addressing the gaps, as well as continuous performance improvement through the establishment of monitoring systems and cyclical processes. DAI seeks Chiefs of Party, long-term technical specialists and short-term technical specialists for the following anticipated areas: • Capacity assessment of host country organizations/institutions • Integrated, systemic and cross-functional capacity building program development • Performance monitoring systems development • All USAID technical areas including but not limited to economic growth, democracy and governance, infrastructure, heath and education. | |
Basic Qualifications: | |
• Ten to fifteen years’ relevant technical experience in the above-mentioned programmatic areas. • Prior experience in integrated capacity development programming is essential. • Demonstrated experience working with senior host-country counterparts. • Previous management experience of USAID-funded or other donor projects. • An advanced degree in the above-mentioned technical areas is required. • Excellent analytical skills. • Certified Performance Technologists and Certified Human Performance Improvement specialists are is highly desirable. | |
