Unilever Tea Tanzania limited is a Tea plantation organization, with its main operations based in Mufindi. We are currently recruiting a HR Service Delivery Specialist to provide and enable unit based structured and efficient customer service ie. Serve as a single point of contact on all administrative and transactional HR related services.
What we are looking for
2 years in HR/Admin related areas
General degree and equivalent experience
Relevant knowledge in people mgt, Resourcing, and learning
Someone willing to work in Mufindi

Provide effective communication channel for both external and internal users i.e job seekers, suppliers and vendors (current and potential)
Responsible for all HR services related queries and equerries in line with Service Delivery work streams i.e administer, investigate, communicate and close issues & service in regard to:-
Talent Management (Resourcing & Performance Management
Reward (pay & benefits
Talent Management (Performance mgt, Resourcing /Recruitment)
Workforce Administration (includes HRMS – people soft)
Receive and disseminate work stream communication to users in their respective site and feedback to ET and/or work stream specialists
Maintain a register on customer service levels and record all cases on site
Obtain, retain and provide all general documentation ie forms, processes, polices etc as advised by the HRBPs, SDM, ETs, and work stream specialists
Escalate all unresolved issues and problems respective work stream and the SDM
Support SLA and general reports data collection, compilation and submit to work stream Specialists
Prepare and support preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the purposes of SLAs, KPIs and ad hoc report as may be requested from time to time
Organize learning venues for local programmer
Distribute learning materials
Activate other work stream instructions as may be given by the relevant specialists from time to time
Provision of standard HR forms & other documents
Custodian of ,files/employee records
Inputs to SDC workforce Admin / Specialist – standard reports
Disseminate communication materials i.e policies, GPS, process guidelines, General notices, forms i.e leave, PDP, loans and other related forms etc
Compile & submit employee changes and submit to WFA specialist
Compile & submit payroll changes and submit to payroll specialists
Distribution of pay advice slips (& print where applicable)
Submit statutory reports i.e NSSF, revenue authority
