1. This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) which appeared in the Guardian Issue No. 6427 dated 1^st September, 2015 and Daily News  Issue No.11503 dated 1^st September, 2015.
2. The Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA) has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2015/2016. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract(s) for Supply of Software.
3. The Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers of Software as follows:
