SOCIAL WORKER X4 

Qualifications and Person specifications:
? A bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in social Works/Administration, Community Psychology, Community Development or Sociology.
? Understanding of protection issues, case management, psychosocial support and empowerment of PSN within the refugee setting
? Ability to use basic computer packages (Word, Excel, internet)
? 1-2 years of work experience in social work or community development. Working with refugees, a plus
? Ability to communicate in both English, Kiswahili and French. Knowledge of one of Burundian refugee languages, a plus.
? Respectful and courteous.
? Good report writing skills
? Conscientious.
? Able to maintain a high level of ethical standards
