Description

Main Responsibilities To support GPM creating the Project Plan, communicate and explain Project Plan to internal Stakeholders and obtain internal Stakeholders commitments to the Project Plan To manage Project Reporting: • Define Reporting Formats and Templates for the project • Collect Inputs & Updates from Project Managers and Project Team • Create Project Executive Reports: - Project Status Reports for the Customer - Reports to ALU Management - For Steering Committees, etc • Report Project Lessons Learnt & Best Practice to ALU PM Community • Allow Project Team to leverage on Lessons Learnt and Best Practices • Enhance high quality Project Team communication To control Project Progress & report Project Plan Variations To consolidate Milestones and Tasks Tracking: • Costs Tracking & Cost Improvement Plan • Margin Evolution Control • WIP Control • Resources (manpower) Allocation Tracking Contract Management (including Customer Interfacing) • Maintain Consolidated Project Documentation Records • OLA/OXIA Control • PO Control: - check compliance against T&C - manage adjustments with KAM and Customer - follow-up & check booking data & CIF, - communication to project team - keep records, etc… • Shipment Control: - Export and Import permits - Shipment documentation, - ALU doc for Custom Clearance • Sales Control • Invoices Submission & Control • Taxes Payment Control • Payment Control • Risks Management (Planning and Control) • Claims Management (Planning and Control) • Change Management (Planning and Control) • Official Communications Register Management • Lead Customer/Project Escalations Process • Customer Satisfaction Management (Planning and Control) • Participate in Management Meetings with Customer.

Qualifications

Previous experience as PMO (3 to 4 years minimum), masters ALU PM processes and PMBOK® knowlegde
