We are looking for a GEX Manager!
Your mission will be to ensure top guests satisfaction by communicating with all guests, to daily manage Recreation & Activities Department, also to manage the Guest Experience Department and ensure the Corporate Promise is adhered to. You´ll need to audit and monitor services standards; analyze findings and produce reports in relation to the Quality of Service to external guests in order to ensure high standards of service, identify training needs and suggest actions to improve service and review current SOPs or implement new ones if and when necessary and to maintain decoration of the areas and MHI sensory architecture manual and technical files for the hotel.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
- Excellent ability to handle guest complains
- Degree: Hospitality, Tourism, Public Relations
- High level of English, Spanish. Knowledge of German will be valued
- Knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Initiative, good organization and communication skills, capacity of influence and development of commitment and talent.
- Knowledge of the GEX tools
