1.0. QUALIFICATIONS
i. Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/
Commerce/ Transport and Logistics Management or its equivalent from a
recognized Institution.
ii. Must be computer literate.
2.0. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. To participate in commercial and operations activities.
ii. To deal with the compliance of commercial and operations policies.
iii. To ensure application of freight rates and passenger fares are done accordingly.
iv. To scrutinize and verify correctness of Station returns.
v. To assist in commercial investigations and respond to customer complaints and
recommend suitable actions.
vi. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
