(a) Qualifications and Experience:

• Holder of a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

• At least four years working experience in similar position.

(b) Main Duties:

• Implements maintenance policies pertaining to buildings;

• Evaluates maintenance progress reports and makes recommendations;
• Advises on issues related to the maintenance and repair of buildings;

• Maintains the necessary drawings and maintenance manuals required for effective and efficient maintenance operations on buildings and equipment; and

• Performs any other duties assigned by one’s reporting officer.

(e) Salary Scale: PGSS 10 – 11
