Zanzibar Insurance Corporation is looking for a qualified candidate to fill one vacancy;

Legal Officer - 1 Post (Dar es Salaam)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
i) Must be a holder of LLB degree from a recognize university.
ii) She/he must have attended Law School of Tanzania
iii) Should also have at lest 3 years work experience.
iv) He/she should be a computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities
i) To handle all court cases instituted against the corporation and advised act
ii) To represent the corporation in court in respect of all cases.
iii) To advise the corporation of insurance claims.
iv) To draft all legal documents in the corporation
v) To prepare monthly report on the matters in court
vi) To keep records of all case files
vii) To perform any other duty assigned by his/her superior.

REMUNERATION
Remuneration will be according to ZIC salary scale and other terms and conditions of ZIC.
