QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree / Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management, Public Administration ,Manpower Planning and Development. 1.1.2 Fluent in English and Swahili Language (Oral and Written). 1.1.3 He /She must have computer knowledge.
Experience in Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
Should not be more than 35 years old.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage in the collection and analysis of data for preparation of long and short term Human Resources Plans.
To solve queries related to worker compensation md emoluments. To handle workers participation and welfare issue:
To draft and present management papers.
To draft circulars related to personnel and training issues.
To design and manage effective Human Resources record keeping and maintenance systems. To collect periodic returns of staff record.
To coordinate recruitment processes.
To collect and analyze information and data related to personnel and training matters. Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
DUTY STATION
Successful candidate should be ready to work in any region within the United Republic of Tanzania.
REMUNERATION
