Training Manager - FINCA Malawi

About the Job: 
FINCA International is looking for a Training Manager - FINCA Malawi. S/he will lead the training initiative with the objective of improving operations. The position involves being constantly aware of the needs of the subsidiary branches in order to adapt existing training methodology, curriculum, and modules along with building training capacity within the subsidiary.
Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Analyze the training needs;
  • Design and develop the training programs;
  • Provide the necessary trainings and systematization of the training results;
  • Collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications: 
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Management, or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience preferably with international organizations working in developing countries;
  • Practical experience conducting trainings and action based workshops;
  • Knowledge of training processes and best practices;
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate staff performances, data and other resources to determine training needs and changes to materials.
