The consultant’s role is to work with a company’s senior executive team to drive the most strategic operational initiatives—implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring the desired performance. Consultants are called on to deliver outstanding client results, direct client personnel, prepare work plans, facilitate client teams to implement recommendations, organize and write proposals, and participate in new business development. You will operate at an Assistant Manager level and be capable of providing high quality advice and experience to our clients in these areas, while working as part of a project delivery team.

- Demonstrated ability to impact top and/ or bottom line financial results
- Demonstrated progression and advancement into positions of greater responsibility
- Extensive experience structuring engagements and leading consulting projects
- Ability to participate and lead new business development pursuits
- Track record of experience or involvement in business and professional associations in the Middle East and North Africa a plus
- Team-oriented and demonstrated success in delivering results
- Assertive and confident presence
- Self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Significant management responsibility early in career a big plus
- Comfortable working at all levels of management
Additional information on required credentials:
- Working as a strong team member on leadership and delivery of assignments with ability to take ownership of own areas of the project.
- Supporting new business development pursuits through lead development/identification and value proposition/proposal development support
- Service a variety of clients, getting to know and understand their unique business issues and needs
