Doctors with Africa CUAMM is the first NGO in the healthcare area officially recognized in Italy. Founded in 1950 with the aim of training doctors to work in developing countries, actually CUAMM is working in Angola, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda implementing healthcare projects in partnership with local governments and institutions.

- Citizenship of a State of the European Union (requirement essential for administrative issues) - University Degree in Medicine and Surgery with further specialisation in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases or Paediatrics - Training expertise will be an asset - Good knowledge of written and spoken English - Previous experience in Developing Countries - Previous experience in managing health cooperation projects will be an asset

KEY DUTIES
The Project Manager will be responsible of overall project activities and human, material and financial resources management. The main tasks will be the following: - Contribute to hospital clinical activity, according to the area of expertise - Assure the implementation of adopted protocols - Monitoring the availability of drugs and materials - Collaborate to continuous education and on the job training for hospital staff - Contribute to implementation of health information system and monitor the main hospital indicators to assess service quality and accessibility
