Duties:
Carrying out major repairs/overhauling and maintenance of various models of Bell make and wheeled tractors, CAT, D6 & D8 crawler tractors, CAT motor graders and , other road making machines, CAT & ,BELL make front end loaders of 500 KVA generator and other sets of agricultural implements.
To independently handle trouble shooting and repair of any heavy and light machines.
To lead a team of other mechanics and attendants, assisting them to achieve targets on time.

Requirement:
Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Advanced Motor Vehicle Certificate.

Reporting to the Estate Manager:
Duties
Steering farm animals’ growth, managing efficiency and ensuring profitability of the dairy farm.
Developing annual strategic and work plans in liaison with the veterinary doctor and estate manager and overseeing their implementation.
Ensuring effective management of the milking process, including plant hygiene and somatic cell count aimed at maintaining grade free status.
Advising management how to increase milk production, maintain milk quality; and ensuring maintenance of the milking machine with high sanitation standards
Requirement:
Bachelors degree in dairy technology/animal husbandry obtained from a recognized university.
