CRUCIAL responsibilities are :
----------------------------------
=> Reconciliation of Contract information (Erlangs, KPIs, etc) into USD.
=> Provide monthly very accurate financial data calculation information (Erlangs and KPIs calculation based systems extracts).
=> Provide (internally and to Customer) very accurate contractual information coming from signed Contracts with support from Legal CM.
=> Identify and mitigate potential Financial and commercial risks.
=> Keep track always of non-Contractual costs (services & deliveries) supplied so as to generate add-on sales.
Full responsibilities scope :
----------------------------------
- Financial reconciliation for Managed Capacity 2G & 3G, Managed Services, AMC (Support) and MLLH Contracts.
- Weekly compilation & checking of collected data, per country (Erlangs, KPIs,..) and reconciliation into USD.
- Weekly calculation for end of month invoicing + raising selective alerts.
- Monthly Handshake/Approval of above with Head of CM + Customer.
- Custom Clearance reconciliation.
- Cost per Erlang calculation + raising selective alerts.
- Equipment mapping against Erlangs and Customer POs.
- Follow-up on MC/MS, Rollout & AMC acceptances for invoicing.
Contract Managers are expected to support in the following areas :

- Report weekly with precise information to Head of CM.
- Escalate immediately any major issues to Head of CM.
- Review and annotation of contractual terms in proposed and/or existing customer contracts and agreements and mapping versus the applicable directives and the offered/contracted prices and scope.
- Analysis and Assessment of potential contractual and commercial risks including proposal to mitigate risks
- Formulation of commercial conditions and clauses
- Advise Head of Contract Management, KAM/Core-3 in commercial contract matters and support/participate in contract negotiations.
- Advise on correct contract type and appropriate contract template in conjunction with Market Unit and/or Customer Legal's.
- Create and maintain a GAP List of deviations for review
- Coordinate preparation of different contract document (main agreement plus appendixes).
- Co-ordinate all reviews amongst the Ericsson CORE 3 members prior to Legal final review.
- Report to Head of Contract Management with all deviations (model Ericsson contract vs. Customer requirements),
- Provide Compliance Statement for the Customer Contracts in to the CCLM system.
- Ensure the final signed version of the contract is stored in CCLM.
- Preparation and execution of training to sales teams regarding contract management.
- Co-ordinate all necessary activities with Customer Contract to ensure CCLM quality as well as proper handover of contracts to contract fulfillment.

Geographical coverage & Mobility :
Region covers all of Sub-Saharan African. CMs will be based in Nairobi. Mobility is important as CMs will be supporting several countries and must avail for regular traveling.
Authority
The Contract Manager has the authority and mandate to
• Review the contractual documents prior to any SDP decision / submission to ensure compliance to the Group Sales Directive and RSSA Local Work Instruction.
• Is accountable for financial Reconciliation accuracy and timely signoffs.
• Grant and withdraw access to the Contract Management Tools & databases
Desired Skills & Experience
Education
REQUIRED : Certified Public Accountant.
University Degree in Finance or Statistics + Business or Telecom Engineering.
Mix of Finance, Business and Telecom is an advantage.
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in Finance / Legal / Contractual activities, possibly in Financial Contract Management.
Proven experience and record in Finance Management & negotiations
Fairly good knowledge in sales, Bid, Risk and Contract Management.
Technical (Telecommunications, GSM) interest and understanding would be of advantage.
REQUIRED : Certified Public Accountant.
University Degree in Finance or Statistics + Business or Telecom Engineering.
Mix of Finance, Business and Telecom is an advantage.
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in Finance / Legal / Contractual activities, possibly in Financial Contract Management.
Proven experience and record in Finance Management & negotiations
Fairly good knowledge in sales, Bid, Risk and Contract Management.
Technical (Telecommunications, GSM) interest and understanding would be of advantage.
