Description

In response to strong market demand for our services, our team is looking to grow functionally and geographically across the region.

We are looking for candidates with the following minimum credentials:

Qualification 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a well recognised institution, preferably in a field related to healthcare; and
• An outstanding academic record from well recognised institutions.

Experience

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role and/or healthcare related industry;
• A developing knowledge of global healthcare systems and issues; and
• A developing experience of managing staff and demonstrates leadership qualities.

Skill set

• Developing presentation skills; business writing skills;
• Developing project management skills;
• Good analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills;
• Good decision maker;
• Ability to work independently;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail, with genuine appetite for growth;
• Quick learner, with an aptitude for system/technical concepts;
• Proactive nature and be able to demonstrate initiative;
• Relationship- focused (with clients, peers, management, etc.); and
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

1. Support the preparation, management and delivery of assignments: typically have day-to-day responsibility for supporting the management of whole assignments or modules of assignments depending on transaction size;
2. Support the gathering and analysis of data / research and the presentation of key findings;
3. Service a wide variety of clients, getting to know their unique business and needs;
4. Work with clients including private and listed companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals;
5. Be  able to work additional hours as needed and free to travel throughout the region on firm business; and
6. Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with the engagement team members; stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the industry; and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.
