The School of Mathematical Sciences is seeking a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Research Fellow to collaborate with our industry partner, Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited, under the supervision of a highly motivated team composed of statisticians, mathematicians and engineers.
The successful appointee will be a crucial member of the team and will support the achievement of the results as described in the ARC linkage project, "Optimising experimental design for robust product development: a case study for high-efficiency energy generation".
If you have a PhD in a relevant discipline or have equivalent qualifications or research experience in the areas of Statistics, Mathematics or related areas, with a solid grounding in modelling and optimisation, we welcome your application.
Experience in multivariate modelling, multi-response optimisation and/or constrained optimisation would be desirable.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
