Right now we are expanding our operations and presence in several countries and are therefore looking for Country Sales Manager & Recruiter who will be responsible for building our future activities in each country.

The successful candidate will in the order listed to work with;

· Establish the first 100 customers in the country

· Assist the CEO and management in the establishment of local companies and offices etc.

· Recruit, manage and develop a sales and recruitment organization consisting of between 5-10 in selling regional sales managers (geographically divided).

· Min. 10 years of working life experience

· Min. 5 years experience in management positions with personnel

· Min. 5 years experience in sales or marketing services

· Min. Three years of employment with an employer

· Min. BBA or equivalent

· Have documented good sales results with references

· Have recruited at least 15 people in the area of ​​sales

· Have some form of sales school, course or training instructor rating

· Have experience of working on the budget, self-setting, monitoring and reporting financial

· Be able to read, speak and write English fluently

· Being born and raised in the country (also speak local language)

· Able to work with Microsoft Office package

· Have an existing business network at management level

· Probation period: 6 months

· Location: Home based (initially)

· Salary range: € 2,100-9,100 per month
