The Universal Postal Union, with its headquarters in Berne, Switzerland, is one of the smallest of the United Nations specialized agencies.

Virtually all professional staff working are recruited from within the ranks of UPU member postal entities. Vacancies for positions in the general services category are generally advertised and filled from within Switzerland.

The Postal Technology Centre of the Universal Postal Union in Bern is looking for a Software Technical Writer Manager with at least four years technical writing experience, including at least one year in a managerial role.
