LEGAL CONSULANTS TO ALIGN RELEVANT LAWS WITH THE EAST AFRICAN COMMUNITY (EAC) COMMON MARKET PROTOCOL
The Ministry of East African Community Affairs (MEACA), Uganda is
looking for qualified Legal consultancy firms or consultant(s) to
provide legislative drafting services to Ministries, Departments and
Agencies in collaboration with the Uganda Law Reform Commission. They
will prepare draft amendment bills; draft bills and draft statutory
instruments for laws relevant to the implementation of the EAC legal
regime in Uganda particularly the EAC Common Market Protocol.
Through its program to provide long-term institutional and technical support to MEACA, Trade Mark East Africa (TMEA) seeks to engage the services of qualified Legal consultancy firms or consultant(s) for the subject assignment.
