The IT Support Coordinator will help us take our internal IT to the next level. You will provide structured and enthusiastic support to 40+ employees, assisting them with all of their IT needs. With your service-oriented attitude you provide solutions to your colleagues based in Amsterdam and traveling or based abroad.
Your excellent organizational skills will allow you to have a good overview and report on all systems, software, and open issues. You have a strong sense of ownership and pro-actively solve any IT issues your colleagues may have. You will use your excellent communication skills to develop training materials, communicate updates, and introduce colleagues to new systems.

IT Support Coordinator
The IT Support Coordinator will help us take our internal IT to the next level. You will provide structured and enthusiastic support to 40+ employees, assisting them with all of their IT needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair, maintain, troubleshoot and update desktop, laptop, server, and peripheral devices
- Proactively develop training materials and give regular presentations to new and existing employees
- Actively maintain documentation (inventory of hardware, users, access rights, and configurations), and perform audits
- Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors
- Develop and actively audit backup and security procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Bachelor degree (Dutch “HBO”) and 5+ years of experience providing IT support to organizations
- Solid network fundamentals and troubleshooting abilities (DNS, DHCP, switch configuration, routing, wireless, etc)
- Experience with Microsoft Server and Active Directory and Windows 7 systems in an AD environment
- Experience supporting Macintosh systems and software
- Microsoft Exchange and IT systems management software (e.g. Spiceworks) knowledge a plus
- Service-oriented, focused on providing excellent support to your colleagues
- Proactive approach to documentation and issue resolution
- Valid driver’s license, Dutch is a plus
