Bath Spa University is a highly distinctive and successful university located in one of the most attractive settings in the UK. The University is seeking outstanding candidates for three important senior management roles as it embarks on one of the most exciting and significant periods in its development. The Bath School of Art & Design enjoys a rich heritage and an enviable reputation. The School of Education recently received 'outstanding' OFSTED ratings for all three of its teacher education programmes and is regarded as one of the best departments of its type in the UK. The School of Humanities and Cultural Industries is home to an internationally renowned creative writing department and is also strong in English, History, Communication and Media Studies. Earlier this year the University undertook a major recruitment campaign for senior Professors which has resulted in the appointment of high-profile le academic researchers and practitioners (to be announced in September).
Candidates for each post must be able to demonstrate: an excellent academic track record in their respective field; senior management experience in an appropriate environment; proven change management experience; and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at the highest level both internally and externally.
